This is an excellent running shoe. Personally, they are true to size. I am surprised by how fast I was able to break into them. These are probably the best running shoes I have ever own.

My foot problems immediately went away when I started using Asics shoe last year. This is my third pair, I wore the others out. Wear was about normal for these conditions.
